Peter Dickinson – Director

Peter has a successful 40+ year track record in the
Technology industry covering NZ and international
markets – from founding his first successful software
company in 1979 through to the 2016 sale of Greentree
International to MYOB. In between, Peter has helped build
a number of successful tech companies with a focus on
international growth, led M&As from both sides and provided strategic advice to tech companies ranging from start-ups to multinationals. His focus since 2016 has been on advising  tech startups and scaleups as the world rapidly digitises.

“I joined the Hedgebook board at the perfect time. The existing team had done the hard startup phase and already had a super product, highly experienced team, good revenue and very engaged customers. That’s enabled the focus to be on the international scaleup challenge and getting a high benefit and cost effective SaaS product out to an underserved market.”

Richard Eaddy –  Director and CEO

Richard has extensive experience as both corporate
Treasurer working for major organisations in New

management advisor to large New Zealand companies.

This led to the establishment of treasury service provider, ETOS, In 2002. Having run ETOS for a decade he retains its largest shareholding and a seat on the board. This combined expertise led to his appointment as CEO and Director of Hedgebook in 2012.

“As the CEO of a fast-moving global SAAS business the excitement comes from chasing down the many opportunities that come our way. The difficult part is picking the likely winners and losers. Laser focus on our strategy, as well as having a team you know can execute, makes the job a lot easier.”
